December Virtual Lunch & Learn

Continuing our conversation from November, we’ll hear from more people who have been impacted by this concept of “thawing out.” Our guests will share insight on how incarceration altered their very existence, the tools they’ve developed to leave behind unhealthy behavior adopted on the inside. This Lunch & Learn brings real perspectives from individuals, what they experienced while incarcerated, and the effect it has on the people we love. The message remains, the effects of those harsh realities still linger today and it takes true dedication to cultivate your own “thawing out.”

This conversation features 2 panelists who, upon their liberty, now work for programs dealing with reintegration and 1 panelist, who although is not directly impacted, worked with impacted people for almost 5 decades.
